Return & Refund Policy:

Returns:
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@colehairlesscatstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions to return your item after your request is received.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
